should i apply for PGD or only Diploma? (course related to computer)

BCA in India is a 3 year course which makes your ineligible for masters
So the only option you have is PG Diploma from community colleges .. if you have a long term goal of staying in Canada better opt for a 2 year course which gives you high chances of settling in Canada.

If the duration of undergraduate program is 4 years, one is eligible for masters. But if the undergraduate program was of 3 years, university needs 3+2 years for being eligible for masters.

Can you please list down the universities which accept individuals with 3 years Bachelors?
I have searched a lot online but couldn't find one.

bro i had searched alot, but failed to find any 2 year Post graduate course in Computers or IT
please help me if you had any info regarding this?
