PLEASE - Proof of Funds Clarification

Good day

We received an ADR for proof of funds. Our AOR is 2 June so we have been waiting for a long time and this is the first communication in months. Is there any expert out there who would kindly have a look at this from the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations and confirm how to interpret it:

76 (1)(b) the skilled worker must

• (i) have in the form of transferable and available funds, unencumbered by debts or other obligations, an amount equal to one HALF of the minimum necessary income applicable in respect of the group of persons consisting of the skilled worker and their family members, or ...

What is the amount of the necessary income applicable?

Is this the minimum necessary income (which means you only need to show HALF of this in unencumbered and the rest may be things like property) :

Or is the amount listed here already half of the amount required?

The amounts listed are already "halfed".
Follow those, don't divide them by 2.
All the funds need to follow requirements (unincumbered by debt, etc...)
