I just got the apology email like 30 seconds ago.

Cruelest thing I have ever lived this one... not only we have had to sit and watch how hundreds of others have had their PR faster than us, but now this cruel prank :(

received 2nd email, now what happens to that $980 which I have made payment this morning ? Do I have to chase CIC for refund ?
