Guys I applied on 14/April and still no response!
I am on fall intake, so does that mean they start processing my application late.
Also I didn't show money proof because I got scholarship covers everything, does it make any difference?

Dear Friend,

The Normal processing time for a Canadian Study permit is anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks, depends on country of application.
Secondly they do not put your application on hold, they start the process as soon as it is received.

Thirdly Congratulations on getting a full scholarship. Generally it is advised to show some Financial backup. But in your situation it completely depends on which University / College did you get the scholarship from and till what extent are you covered in that ordeal.

At this moment I feel you should wait as normally you will be considered an asset to Canada, hence the scholarship. So the chances of your visas getting refused are minimal.

Dont forget the last call is of CIC, my answer is to the best of my knowledge.

Dear friend
really thank you for reply it gives me a hope to wait.
May God bless you,

If you submitted your application on the 14th of April, then something is wrong. Which country are you applying from.

Check this link for an average time schedule.

I would just check with the embassy regarding your case since its already been more than 3 months.
