IRCC can access your entry and exit dates. They will check irrespective. The expectation is that you will be honest. If there is NO other way for you to get the dates, I'd fill the form in to the best of your ability and provide a note explaining the situation with your application.

As long as you meet the residency requirements you will be fine. I'd just ensure that you give yourself enough time. If you underestimate how many days you've been out of the country and the result is you don't meet the residency requirement, your application will be rejected.

Do you not have a copy of your itineraries in your email ?

I don’t have big problem if it’s rejected, what I am very worrying about is if I made mistake in the exits dates that they will think i cheated
(It is a crime to deceive the authorities)
Forging official papers !!

It won't be seen as misrepresentation if you're honest. So do your best to make the dates as accurate as possible and include a note to explain the situation. They will cross-reference what you've declared with your actual entry/exit dates, so as long as you meet the residency requirements, you'll be fine.

If they did they would have the dates.
I know. -_-

The reason I said that is because when people panic they forget to look at places where they can easily access it.

Thank you so much for your response but I still worry
What I am trying to suggest some people might call it stupid but I give 0 f.

Trying scanning through your email again
Try calling your travel agent if you booked through them and ask if they can provide you with past itineraries
Try call airlines you travelled through and ask if they can provide you with travel history/past itineraries
Try getting entry record for that particular country you travelled to

If I were you I would try to put accurate dates as I cant live with things running back of my mind with "what if" scenarios for 8-9 months.

Misrepresentation is intentionally misleading someone. If you provide an explanation note, it’s not misrepresentation. It’s prettu simple.

I suggest you stop worrying and call IRCC for confirmation, otherwise, you’ll continue to worry.

What I did was last year I asked by the ATIP for a copy of CBSA Entry - Exit report.
It took me 3 months to receive it.
I have two passports and the border agent spoils the stamps when they stamped them.

For information:
http://www.gands.com/knowledge-centre/firmnews/news-item/2017/05/17/canadian-immigration-officers-not-stamping-passports-anymore
"As IRCC moves toward electronic tracking of entry and exists into Canada, the practice of manual stamping of passports will eventually be stopped. In the meantime and until further notice, we recommend that clients retain copies of all boarding passes as proof of their entry into Canada and departure from Canada"

I second this post, I will also add -
Try and remember what happened on those trip. Did you visit before a particular festival/event?
Do you remember reaching on someone's birthday, etc.
Try asking your family members/relatives that you visited.
Do you remember the leaves you took in office, that might give a clue.
You can also check your office emails to give you a clue, if you use computer for your job.

If you try hard enough, you can get close if not exact dates.
