Please need urgent help spousal sponsorship

I have applied for spousal sponsorship for my husband who is in Canada on visitor visa. We applied for spousal sponsorship on 15 February my husband got an email from irrc stating that he needs to fill the schedule a form as the personal history and address should not have any gaps is highlighted. The application was not returned they just told us to fill it out and raise a web form. Also it states original signature does it mean we have to print it out and sign it physically and scan it and upload it?

Also my husband was on work permit and it was close to expiring and without realising he wasnt eligible he applied for Bridge open work permit and he later realised and raised a web form stating that he wants to withdraw it but the application wasnt withdrawn and it was refused do we have to mention that refusal?
Any advice would be helpful please thank you

If so, shouldn't you have the option to digitally signing it?

Otherwise, it means print it out, sign it physically and post by regular mail.
