I got offer letter in Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Algoma University.. under level of study it written as "Post Secondary"...
But google says Post Secondary means Education after High School...
But Its minimum requirements are either a degree or a Diploma...

I am concerned about this Post Secondary Thing...

Email the university back and ask them about this. Universities are always ready to help. Email them yourself (even if you used a representative)
