please need some help

I got signed form back from my husband (India). But Schedule A background form which I filled have other language on it by printer. Somehow the printer misprinted the language. Is it ok if I re-write/re-fill that single form by pen. Or I have get him (my husband) to print out the form again and mail it?

Well, fill it by typing and send scan to your husband , he will sign and send u the scan back..
My friends did the same and it worked fine

as long as the form doesn't need to be validate then write it with pen.
