There is one supporting letter which is possibly a word file and you have to mention all of your sponsor in that file with their annual income, immigration may asked for ITR forms etc if they have any prob which is usually they don't have.

their (your financial sponsors) letter with their signature.
their bank balance, asset, pay stub etc.

ex: if your uncle has a kid/ wife to support and has fixed income, how he support you?
you need to prepare for all questions that vo would have.

Yearly expense is $10k as per the CIC website. 11k is required only if you apply to institutions in Quebec. Winnipeg is in Manitoba.

You should get a Scotiabank GIC for $10k.

Its not safe to show sponsors as your primary resource for funding. You should have some money in your bank account and get a GIC for 10k which will be your yearly expenses. You can have sponsors as additional funding source.

In addition to that, pay your first year fee in advance.

I am an applicant for the same course, same university for January intake.
