hi everyone,,i still confused and dont know whatkind of proof i have to submit for this question
proof of past cohabitation, if you are not currently living togother but did at one point in the past
please any advices .

Photos do not prove cohabitation. So no - that won't be considered as proof.

Oooh. Probably not. Any chance your landlord ever saw your common law partner/spouse and could write a letter saying how long you stayed there and that they understand he/she was living there during that time as well?
And do you have a copy of the rental agreement?
Do you have any mail for either of you with the address on it?

Maybe as well supporting letters from any neighbors that knew you two were living together

If you can’t get proof, other option unfortunately would be marriage

You've asked this several times and people have answered multiple times. You had a proxy marriage. You don't have any documentation that proves that you and your wife cohabited. You are going to have to have a wedding ceremony with your wife in a location that will be recognized as legal by Canada, or you're going to have to live with your wife for 12 months and accumulate the documentation that would prove cohabitation (legal documentation). Otherwise, expect that your application is going to be rejected. You seem to keep asking the same question hoping that someone is going to give you a different answer, but there aren't any other answers.
