Please need help with IMM1294 form and applying online

Okay after i finish upload my documents and press continue. Then after i type my given name and last and answer the security question, document does not want to go through. It says" Your answer is incomplete. Provide the necessary information below to continue.
The name, date of birth or country of birth you entered for your signature does not match the name you entered in your Online Application. To submit this Online Application, the names must match. Only the applicant can electronically sign this Online Application." Please can anyone help me with this problem

I had this issue before.

Have you validated your IMM1294? If not here is the link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM1294E.pdf
Fill it and click the button "Validate", make sure you fix anything it asks you to fix.

Another reason might be because you're created CIC account (you must be login in CIC in order to apply) given name is different from the given name you filled in the IMM1294 form, make sure they are the same. In fact all documents you should have the same exact given and last name.
