Hi Everyone. Just want to confirm about the IELTS thing with you guys. I wrote my IELTS on 16 April 2011. So as per CIC, my results are valid for 2 years right. So if i submit my file in april 2012, will it be good till 2013?. Or the VO will say that the score is expired. I think CIC would assess my file in 2012 and affirm a YES/NO.

hi. you don't have to worry about your IELTS. it says in the instruction, that it is valid for 2 years. 2 years will be based on the date your application was filed and not the assessment period. so if your IELTS expires on april 2013, and you submitted your application and they received it in march 2013, you are still safe.
