My name is - born and brought up in -. I am blessed with a very caring and lovable family who always support me. I am hardworking, optimistic, caring and understanding by nature with a strong ability to work with people as a team. So, I decided to go abroad for further study after many research and career-oriented classes. My family has always supported me morally and financially since my childhood till now and I feel very lucky to have them being next to me for supporting me for my further education in Canada as well. I wish to enroll for a Post-Graduate Certificate in Accounting at famed York University, Canada.
Talking about my qualification history, I have done my 10th grade and 12th grade (commerce) from - falling under the central board of secondary education in 2014 and 2016 with 9.2 CGPA and 94.2%. Recently, I have completed my - which is affiliated to Panjab University and I finished the same in 2019 with 74.83%. I opted for commerce background after 10th as since childhood I had a keen interest in business as I used to observe my father running his business so efficiently. Therefore, I preferred this accountancy course to get practical experience which will help me in managing our family business more efficiently in the coming future and manage the accounts on my own. So I decided to opt for a commerce line so I can work on my dreams. To fill in the language criteria for any university, I appeared for IELTS and scored 7.5 bands overall with 8.5 in listening, 7.5 in reading, 6.0 in writing and 7.0 in speaking modules.
In my view, acquiring knowledge of accounting and management will not only be extremely useful but also personally rewarding and enjoyable. It is a fascinating area of study and one that I will certainly be able to apply to my future work. I am well-prepared to face the challenge of studying at your university, and I have the determination to realize my goals and complete my studies successfully. Equipped with the specialist knowledge I will gain from your university’s course, as well as the cross-cultural understanding that living in Canada provides me, I expect to be able to progress smoothly into a career in the international business world when I graduate. As for my plans, I hope to acquire expertise in business, and especially accounting, that will enable me to assist my father in his business. I hope to develop the language skills, leadership and organizational abilities, cultural understanding and professional expertise that will make me an effective and successful businessperson.
I will learn about fundamentals of financial accounting, micro and macro-economics, business communications, Introduction to Managerial Accounting, Statistical Methods in Business & Accounting, Statistical Methods in Business & Accounting etcetera and it will improve myunderstanding of accounting while simultaneously sharpening my critical thinking, communication, and management skills.
Canada has been my first preference because of the quality of education available there along with the student-friendly atmosphere. Canadian institutions are consistently ranked among the best in the world and the qualifications are internationally valued and recognized. Canada is welcoming, diverse and having a popular destination for international students. Moreover in Canada, there are countless educational institutions and almost every one of them has the opportunity for international students to study there.
York University is one of the best in Canada and also has worldwide ranked so I always wanted to pursue my further education from here. Not only from the study point of view, but York University will also help me to nurture my life skills overall and help me become a successful person in the future. It is the best university that provides practical as well as theoretical learning. Also, it offers state-of-the-art labs and creative spaces. Their course curriculum, teaching style, and facilities are better and different. This college will support me in endeavors my goal and accomplish the target. The faculty of this college is very well-experienced as they give proper attention to the students to achieve their goals.
I aim to join my fathers’ business and I will utilize the upgrade knowledge and skills to extend his business to the next level. I hope with god’s grace and my hard work, I can achieve my goals in the future. After the successful completion of this course, I intend to come back to my home country to utilize the skills and knowledge acquired from this reputed university. Also, I will add Canadian education and work experience to my job-seeking profile which will helpful for my profile from other applicants. I have paid 1-year tuition fees of CAD 15, 199 and 1-year living expenses that are GIC of CAD 10, 000. My father is Proprietor, he is earning 5, 806 CAD and mother is self-employed, she is earning 8,015 CAD, they have sufficient funds and saving to bear my all expenses.
If allowed to pursue my further studies from York University, which offers numerous platforms to advance and augment different aspects of one’s personality, I promise to make the best of these. Along with this application, I am attaching all the important documents for your reference. I hope I have successfully explained my career goals. I will be looking forward to the positive revert from your side. I promise to abide by all the rules and regulations of York University as well as the Canadian government. I shall work very hard and prove myself to be an asset to the respective university (York University).

I clearly stated my reason of return being only son, gave sufficient ITR of my parents, applied in correct course and reputed university.
Five of my friends have got their visas and are admitted in the same course and have similar qualification though i have better academic results. However, they applied in start of november and got approval in mid november.
Please tell me the solution now guys the embassy has refused me on irrelevant grounds. Now, should i defer to may intake or re-lodge the file with justification on monday with a hope of approval letter till max 9th january.
