This seems something new. If and when they cancel your copr, they would provide a letter explaining the reason behind it. Did you receive anything?

No, we only received that copy stands cancelled. Thus was in GC key login. Now after one day, the gc key login shows decision pending

It seems they are reviewing your application again and decision is pending. I would keep an eye on it very closely.

Same happens with me, after receiving stamped passport and copr, i received a message in my gc key account stating “ The Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents and Visa Counterfoil currently in your
possession have been cancelled. Your application has been re-opened and therefore your CoPRs
are not valid for travel.
Please follow the instructions in the Ready for Visa letter and return the COPR and Visa
Counterfoil currently in your possession.
Do know what steps need to be taken now and why this happen?
