Hello,i'm hoping for this forum i could get some informative advices for my current situation. In my case i submitted my application for a permanent resident last march 2007 as a single status,i went back home in Asia last May 2007 and i got married. Now,my husband divorce is still on process here in canada for his wife before.now my concern is it possible to include my husband application with my application that still on process at the moment.Do you think this will not affect to loose my application for a permanent resident? Is there any chances for us to be together here in canada...i can say that our relationship is very genuin and we can prove some photo's and telephone bills ect for what the immigration required that kind of things.I am very please to have your advices..thanks a lot..God bless...

Your question is unclear but if you are saying you married someone who has not yet been granted a divorce then I'm sorry but your marriage is not legal in Canada and you most definitely cannot sponsor him as "your husband".
