I am on study permit and have multiple visa, but I did not get admission in my college for fall term, 2013 because I don't have ielts test at that time and then my college told me you have to do ilets test to get in Jan term, 2014 and we will tell cic that you are doing ielts for Jan, term 2014. In the month of December, I did my ielts test unfortunately, I got low marks in ielts test 5.5 now I am doing esl course in private institute (not in my college). Now, I am thinking I have to go back home and do the ielts test there. But, I am worried can I come back Canada or not? Because I could not start my study in any program till Jan, 2014 due to low score of ielts test.


I want to go back home and want to come back for fall term, 2014 after passing my ielts test.


What do you think I have to stay here in Canada and do ielts here or do esl course here or go back home then do ielts test there?

It is 12th of FEB. now.
Either you come back home or attend ESL there in Canada, in both cases you won't be able to attend Winter Session (JAN. 2014).

Now you have both the options open.

1- Get the updated LOA from your institute for Summer 2014 and a letter stating that because he is not meeting the language requirements so he deferred his admission to next intake and allowed him to get back to us with Language Requirement document. Now keep those 2 things with you and you can come back to your home country for taking IELTS again.

2- Stay in Canada and attend ESL program. After completion of ESL, join your college from Summer 2014 intake. [Recommended]

Note:
As your study permits has already started, you can extend it later. When you will extend it, you need to show them your transcript of that time and a letter (official written stuff) stating that your studies will complete approx. on this date. In addition, you can also attach your ESL certificate that during the initial months, I took ESL and then started my college.
If you opt the option '1', you can come back and there won't be any issue because you will be holding VALID TRV, STUDY PERMIT AND UPDATED LOA.

Thanks your reply.

1-My program will start in fall (September) term, 2014 not in summer (May) term, 2014.

2- I missed my September term 2013 and January term 2014 now it is the 13th of February. I already wasted my time almost 6 months.

3- Now, I am doing esl course in private institute but it is ok according to older rules as I asked cic 2 days before.

4- After completion of esl I want to go any public funded college to start my program.


Q- Due to announced of new rules of cic 12th of February, 2014 that will be effect on 1 June, 2014. After that I can not attend esl course in without designated institute after 1 June, 2014? as I told you I am attending private institute right now for esl.

Q-As my program is less than 6 months of esl so they will convert my study permit into visitor?


I read today in new bulletin will be effect on 1 June, 2014 about Study permit conditions and work permit validity.


Please clarify my questions and give me advice.
