PLEASE I NEED URGENT HELP

HI GUYS,
MY SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION RECEIVED ON 5TH OCT 2011 BY CIC MISSISUGA....

I CALLED THEM LATE JAN 2012 THEY SAID SPONSORSHIP APPROVED ON 22TH DEC 2011 AND ALSO SENT A APPROVAL LETTER TO MY ADDRESS ON 22TH DEC 2011.

WHEN I CALLED THEM AND NOT RECEIVED MY 22TH DEC 2011 LETTER THEY REQUEST FOR ANOTHER LETTER FOR ME ON 30TH JAN 2012. BUT UNFORTUNATELY STILL NOT RECEIVE MY ANY LETTER.

I REALLY NEED THIS LETTER FOR MY CSQ APPLICATION OTHERWISE PR APPLICATION WORK NOT START ON MY HUSBAND VISA OFFICE IN SINGAPORE.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ON THIS SITUATION. WHAT CAN I DO NOW? I DID NOT GIVE MY EMAIL ON MY APPLICATION THAT WAS MY MISTAKE OTHERWISE I CAN GET BY EMAIL. I REALLY NEED HELP FROM YOU GUYS PLEASE ANYONE HAVE ANYTHING TO TELL ME...THANKS

can you call them back and give them your email? or send a written letter quoting your file numbers (if you have them) or you and your husbands names and birthdates and give them the email that way?

Can you check your application status online? If so, it also shows your current mailing address which CIC has in their records. There is also an option to change it, if there is any mistake. There is no reason why you should be missing both the letters.

YES I HAVE FILE NO THEY GAVE ME BUT ITS SAID ONLY APPLICATION RECEIVED AND DECISION MADE. ON MY MAIL ADDRESS IS FINE...ITS CORRECT...WHEN I CALLED THEM I WANTED TO GIVE THEM MY EMAIL THEY SAID I CANT GIVE MY EMAIL NOW....

Call CIC again and see if you can provide an alternate address (your office address, for example).

Also check with Canada Post - your local post office. Tell them you have not received 2 important letters. Do you receive your regular mail?

yes i called them they said i have to wait becouse they have time to send a letter have 30 days from the request date. yes i have regular mail everyday on this address.
