i got scammed by 2 already and they don't do better than what i do trust me
the current one doesn't do much he told me sit tight and wait
but i've been waiting for almost 5 years now which is odd

Why did you not use the other options to come surely you must know that the Federal Skilled Worker is NOT the only way in and that Provinces like us can make our own Immigration laws,For example Alberta s Strategic recruitment stream,,you only need a H-1 or H-3 visa status in the US and you come in in about a year without needing a job offer,or gotten a job offer and gone PNP skilled worker or if you family in Canada living in AB,SKS or MB come in under the family stream in about a year.Why insist on FSW When it is obviously not for you

Thank you BCguy i was waiting for your comment the problem is FSW was my only option as i'm neither H-1 nor H-3
i was F-1 what do you think? is there any other way to get PNP?

If you can't go through the H1 program in AB and you don't have family who can sponsor you in AB, MB or SK, you need a job offer to apply for PNP. You can also apply through FSW if you have a job offer. You could also come in on a temporary work permit if you have a job offer and apply for residency later.
