Please i need an advise!!!

So finally cic replied today at my application that i have submitted online within canada on 16/6/2016.
The letter says that my app needs more time and that i can travel and send the pp from wherever ill be.

Did anyone receive such letter??
Do they approve after that? How much time it might take??

No, it doesn't mean that you will be approved.

No one can tell you how long it will take.
