I'll be applying for PR in Dec 2014 for Food service supervisors (NOC 6311)... Am I affected ????
Does that mean I can NO LONGER apply for this NOC FOREVERRRRRR.... ????

6311 is not part of CEC from yesterday until October 31 2014
There are a lot of threads on this subject so I recommend reading through them
No one will be able to tell you if it's forever or not - only what is above

I suggest you look into pnp

Sorry to say this but yeah its true, after 9th nov this job is not eligible in CEC anymore.
