I have done one year of engineer studies, and I have a letter from university that I have been indeed enrolled for one year. Now my question is that is very hard for me to get certified marks from this particular university due long distance travel. It is OK just to attach the LETTER of the university that says that i have been studing engineer for one year. I have been accepted in a college only with my high school marks.????

thank you for the responses, So this means that when it says in the application form , give dull details of you highest level of post secondary education , I should put no? or put yes but don't present the marks?
