Please help!!!!

Dear Friends,

I had applied for the Quebec skilled worker program in 2010 and in Dec I received a letter from BIQ Hk that my file is going to be rejected if I don't provide them required documents. Last week I sent to them the required documents and I am waiting for their response. As you know it is not certain when are they going to give me response therefore I have decided to go to Canada through student visa by getting admission in a Master's degree program for fall 2012. Now My question is that Can I apply for student Visa though my Quebec skilled worker application is still open?? I have around 30000 USD which is sufficient for my entire degree fees and 1 year expenses, Can my cousin who is a Citizen of Canada Sponsor me for getting the visa, I mean can I show his BS to get the visa?

Yea buddy, Go ahead, you can apply for the "student visa". But as far as sponsorship is concerned, I would say you should use your "own" funds, and assets for your case.

Actually it is only 1 month that I have opened my account and this money has been there for only 1 month. Will it make any problem for me? Don't they accept the sponsorship of any other person other than that of one's own fund and his parents fund?
