I would be very thankful to you if you would help me in this.

I have sent an email to CIC inquiring about my application number and status. My application was received on 10th of August, 2011 and CC charged on 26th October, 2011. I have just received this email from CIC.

Your application # is EXXXXXXXXXXX. An assessment letter was sent via the email address on your application on November 7, 2011. If you did not receive it, please advice and we will re-send.

My agent is on holiday for one week and I provided her email address in application. So there is no way I can find out what is their email on 7th of November, 2011. I have just checked my application status online using CIC website which says “in process”.

I can’t sleep by thinking what it could be? PER or NOR

If your ecas is accurate then you received a PER since you would not be in process with an NER. Good luck

Agree, so the only thing to do is to wait for your agent to return or check with his/ her office...
