I am originally a Bangladeshi citizen, I applied for work permit through an agency in Canada, now it was given to me by that agency.

As @Naturgrl said, you are being scammed. LMIA comes first before work permit application. Canadian companies apply for LMIA proving that no citizen or PR could do the job/available to do the job.
