I have send to CHC NEW DELHI OFFICE 2n stage docs on 22nd October 2010 , no reply thereafter , i have also checked on the CIC website services for the status it shows received by VIsa office thats it can some 1 please help how do i check out my application status ..... PLEASE HELP SOMEONE

Its being a year since you have submitted your docs second time. Still they are showing RBVO. Then there is some problem with it.

They use to say "If you don't receive any correspondence from us within six months then you can contact the visa office ".

You can contact them or call them.

But in some cases and in some NOCs they use to take some time. Its like need and supply of persons. If they find that particular NOC persons are needed badly then they use to fasten the process.

WHEN DID U RECEIVE UR 2AOR (letter from New Delhi Office)?

Presently NDVO is working on 2AOR sent in the month of March and April....and this is for Post June 2010 Applicants.

And if ur Pre June Applicant then u need to wait. Pre June applicants processing is taking Long Time
