i am sending my documents for fsw soon.forms which r not applicable to me like additional/dependant declaration,supplementary information and statutary declaration of common law union.should i just leave these forms or i attach them and write not applicable.thanks

no need to send them with NA just remove them as ur family less than 5 persons and u r married not in common law.

The application package should be complete.

Additional dependent form has to be included in the package even if you have no data. Write NA in appropriate places.
