NEED HELP FOR A FRIEND


he got an extended work permit and he applied for multiple positions.
Among which he got one offer in which he was promised that he will get a Noc B letter but later after finishing his work experience the employer is not willing to help in any which way. They are not giving him a Noc B employment letter and neither are they willing to help him in extending his work permit by PNP or LMIA.

He is devastated again by seeing the greed in them and their inhumane behavior. He tried to explain to them that his family is dependent on him and it's about his career and life. But the manager showed no sympathy or empathy or value of his work and time he gave to this company.

I am here to keep this out and ask a genuine favor from everyone out there who is capable of giving LMIA/ sponsor him / PNP, please if you are able to help him out it will be a big help for him.

He lost his hopes by going through this twice in a place where he doesn't have family to support him. People are trying to get money out of him knowing that he is not able to do it and making him feel the worst and worthless.

His study background is game design,
he had 1 year experience in graphic design back home.

An employer doesn’t have to support an employees’s nomination nor support another LMIA. They are under no obligation to do so. If he is in Canada, he can still use his employment experience. He needs to show his paystubs, NOC, T4s.

There is no one on this forum who can support a LMIA/sponsor. If he is eligible for Express Entry or PNP, then he needs to apply. Some PNPs don’t require a job offer. He can apply for Express Entry if eligible.

This is a very tough position for your friend. What was the promise? Unfortunately, verbal agreements mean nothing and employers will say something and then not follow through. What permit does he have - closed? Is he eligible for PNP or Express Entry? What province? What NOC? If he was planning the PNP route, he would have ECAs and IELTS completed.

Please make sure he is actively applying for jobs through job sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Job Bank.

The chances of getting a job through this forum are slim to none. There are no employers here.

I would also recommend you update your post to include his occupation / NOC.

they did mention in written form but its too vague and now they are saying we didn't say that you will be getting anything from us. So basically written was vague and verbal was specific saying he will get Noc b letter.

right now he got noc c letter, he already has his language results and wes done.
he was about to apply for cec before he got his noc c letter instead of noc b.

right now he is looking for employers who can help him with LMIA or employer based PNP.

he did got one employer but he is saying that he is not sure that his LMIA will be approved or not. So he is afraid of going with this option as he has to sign a contract for 2 years and with no guarantee that he will be getting LMIA or not it seems gamble to him. which he is afraid to do so.

that's why we are posting everywhere possible so that if someone is willing to help him.
