IRCC asked me to submit birth certificate of my son which it lists should include both parents names. My son's birth certificate only has my name on it. No communication to his father since he learned that I was pregnant. And also ircc asked me to submit declaration IMM 5604. Does anyone can help me? I am planning to submit a letter of explanation. Please I need advice! Thank you

What's this for? What kind of application?
 
I think you can find more info on their website for such cases but my advice is to write everything as it is and attach an explanation letter with proof
