Hi guys. I am just looking for some help on my NOC CODE. I have consulted a few lawyers regarding this and have even paid money, but just not getting the correct answers and help from them. I have received a letter from my employers regarding the job roles and responsibilities and need some help in determining if this is B as I do need to apply for PR. Very soon. It’s as follows - 1. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
2. Answer inbound calls and provided customer service
3. Manage customers account and arranging bill payment
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
5. Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints
6. Perform manager call backs
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
7. Supervision of agents during productive practice and share your best practices and customer service skills
8. Work collaboratively with the training team to positively support newer agents while taking calls, ensure we are putting our customers first and supporting our likelihood to recommend initiatives
9. Act as a mentor and mode behaviours, expected of the team.

with this description, can I go ahead and put my application???? What will be the chances of refusal.Or will there be any? Should Iput it as a CEC or express entry?? Please help! :(

What is your job title and noc code
Job title was customer service rep but then I got promoted to Subject Matter expert in the company after 1 year. The consultants said I could go for NOC 6314 but idk if they are just saying that because they want money or if given my roles and duties if its actually considered 6314. what do you think?

If the title is customer service rep then I don't think you can use NOC 6314. You would need to go with something like 6551.

So even though in roles and responsibilities it says supervision etc and acting as a mentor you think it will still fall under 6552?
Based on the description, it doesn't sound like you are in a supervisory role. It sounds like you sometimes take on supervisory activities, but your primary role is a customer services agent role.
