My current application is review required for POF. My aor is April 28. February is now ending and my file hasn't moved. However, I don't trust these people.

So i'm gearing up to re-apply under the CEC class. My question is.

I have 3 weeks working for one employer then 49 weeks working for another. There is a 2 week gap between both. would that be considered to be 1 year continuous work?

Also, would i get a procedural fairness letter or just they will just out right refuse me?

I'm not sure they will accept another application while another is still being assessed. So you can gear up but i wouldn't submit until you get a definite response from your previous application, which i'm assuming is under EE.

I don't think they'll nickel and dime you for a two week break, but maybe someone else can confirm if they are strict on this. Why not wait for 52 continuous weeks at your current employer then apply?

Have you sent an updated POF to address their concern? Having review required is not a big deal. My CEC application took 18 months. There is no guarantee that CEC will be faster.

Hi,

if you can prove 1,560 hours requirement you should be good. Do n't worry about 52 weeks.

My suggestion is you can still apply for Bridge work permit and continue to stay and work in Canada until decision is made by CIC.
