Hi friends. Finally after all the documents and all after so much heachache getting ready all the paper work. While my husband is in pakistan and he couriered me all thr signed IMM forms. But when i received it its all black and white forms. Its not colored. Before sending my application i need to confirm is it ok to send black and white forms and also i have realised that he sent me all the imm forms in legal size paper now what shall i do is legal sizr paper ok for imm forms ? Plzz help me

Does it gonna impact my PR application if I was refused to schengen visitor visa twice in last two years. I’ve never applied for Canadian visitor visa.

Nope..but you have to indicate that on your application and the reason why you are refused

Okay but I submitted the application in july and while filling the application they didn’t ask about it so I didn’t mention it. I hope it doesn’t make any problem.

On form IMM5669 question no 6 letter E..the question there is
Have you been ever refused admission to, ordered to leave, Canada or any other country or territory ?
Did you answer "no" in this question ? I am not sure that they will find out about it but if they do it will be misrepresentation and definitely your application will be declined, Hopefully not

to play it safe I would recommend sending the a correct IMM5669 for and explain to them that you just forgot to mention it and you did not mean to commit misrepresentation...just a thought

They do ask, and if you didn't mention it, it is a big problem. They check backgrounds and if they find out, they can easily ban you for five years.

As stated above, your best option is to send a correct form right now. If you wait, you are looking at an almost certain denial, and a possible five-year ban.
