Hey guys , i am in British Columbia. 4 months ago when I applied for work permit Canada through a lawyer of Canada at that time I was in India and my lawyer who submitted my work permit application unfortunately from gcms notes i came to know that he didn't upload my graduation degree he upload only trade certificate and experience whereas i have done graduation through distance education from lovely professional university India while full time experience. My question is can graduation be uploaded for permanent resident application or not ?? Some said it can be misrepresentation and give 5 years ban if i upload graduation now which lawyer didn't mention while work permit application. Please guys reply me as soon as possible. Thanks

If you include your graduation evidence in your PR application, you will need a letter of explanation to explain how and why your lawyer did not upload it. It may be seen as misrepresentation, though if you address it in a letter of explanation, it should help.

Should I upload graduation with explanation or not ?

If it is misrepresentation then I didn't upload.
I am confused what should I do ?
