So firstly, you'll probably want to apply to extend his visitor's visa before re-submitting.

Secondly, are you saying that you only paid the $100 for the OWP? And not the full amount? ($255) Or that you did pay the full amount just on two different receipts?

Finally, does the letter that your application came back explain what went wrong? Are any of the step-children over 18? Are you saying you filled out two of these forms?

Hello! So i have payed on two receipts ones 1195$ and on another one 100$ .. so i i am thinking that they didnt pay attention the the main one and just sow the one with the 100$?also on the additional family application i have put step. Children for my husband who i am. Sponsoring my two children (they are canadian)is that wrong?

So you would want to pay the $100 Open work permit holder fee, and the $155 work permit fee. The total should be $255 for the OWP.

Does the letter explain what makes your IMM5406 form incomplete? A missing signature, missing siblings (Or N/A written on that section), were the names done in English and his native language? Yes, your children should be on his form as they are his step-children. The letter should have given you some indication of what was missing.
