What is your background? What qualifies you for a BOWP or do you mean OWP?
I am on PGWP and applied for spousal in land immigration in October and have passed my Medical so far. I didn’t apply for BOWP that time instead applied last week.

You don't qualify for BOWP if you were on PGWP. You could apply for an OWP with you spousal inland application.

I have already applied spousal inland application . My question is that if I apply for OWP now will it take 100 days or i will be considered as October applicant because my spousal inland application is from October

A BOWP is not the same as an OWP so if you applied for a bridge OWP it will be denied. If you applied for an OWP it will take approx 4 months to get processed from when you submitted the open work permit (OWP).
