Hello, i sponsored my parents and the got the visa. They are immigrating to canada and with the passport there were landed paper which they lost. When they arrive Canada immigration will ask that paper which we do not have. How can we get the landed paper ? Would it be a problem when they arrive without the paper. If anyone can answer i would really appreciate. Thanks

Your parents should be able to land. CBSA can print COPRs at the border.

VOS can't replace a COPR for a person who hasn't landed.
