Since you already have a bachelors it is better to go for PG because it shows progress.
You are allowed to study anything but then you need to convince the visa officer in your study plan why getting another bachelors makes sense, I dont think it does in terms of career, you already have the experience why go backwards for bachelors? Do PG or Masters.

For PG course, I am afraid because my IELTS score is 6.5 overall but in one band I have 5.5. I already take IELTS 3 times and each time i am stuck with just one module with 5.5.

Don't worry, you have overall 6.5 and 5.5 in one module, not big issue. Just convince visa officer in your sop.

But is this enough for admission in PG course? And also, is my work experience can get me any benefits for the admission process?
Bro.. Honestly, you must consider below points if you really want a Visa:-

1. Apply only under SDS category, so it means 6.0 bands overall with no band less than 6.0 in any module. And one year tuition fee and GIC..

2. Apply either for Master degree or PG diploma...

But if you seriously made up your mind that IELTS is not your cup of tea then don't go for PG diploma.. Apply for some relevant Masters program.. Specially try to choose those program which offers combine subjects like computer application & Marketing related courses such as IT marketing.. Reason being, from visa perspective, relevancy is one of the most important factors which plays significant role in issuing a visa...

3. Apply only under university category (if not re taking IELTS) and deposit one year tuition fee and GIC then only your case will become stronger... :)

4. DON'T APPLY UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY, you will surely get Visa refusal.. And once you get refusal it would be difficult for you to apply again... You will hardly get Visa for any country... I am not saying that you wont get visa for any other country but be prepared you will have to give lot of explanations..

On an average, 9 Out of 10 visa applications been refused by embassy those applied under general category... Apply either under SDS or University category...I am sure, Your agent wont guide you these things, they will surely ask you to apply under General Category because they only see their own monetary benefits, they are least worried about student's career...

God bless you :) wish you success

But for Masters, my IELTS Score is enough? Are there any colleges who accept student with 5.5 in one module?

For the same you need to check with some reputed consultant.. They keep the updated list handy...

There are many universities who accept this IELTS score...
Yeah, do as he said. I strongly suggest you to retake ielts if you are confident about yourself that you can get higher bands than these. All the best ☺
