Hi there..
I'm filling out the application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a student. In the second part of my background information they ask me the following:
Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory?. If you answered yes, please provide details..
I applied for the young professional visa this year and I received the invitation to apply however my employer did a mistake about my salary wage... he put 10.35 per hr!! So of course they refused my application that time, it was on May, 2018, after that I applied one more time but I never received the invitation for young professional again :( .. Anyways I was wondering what should I answer in this part?? yes or no?? I'm confused because it mentions denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or other country.. which is not my case, however they REFUSED my young professional visa...
And I have other question please.. I'm enrolled in a second program.. so I'm able to work 150 days before my second program starts.. however my current study permit expires on October 27th, so the question is Can I work after october 27th? if I'm already enrolled in other program, but I haven't received my study permit yet? Or I have to stop working if I haven't received a new study permit? Actually I haven't submitted my application for the study permit because of the first question.. but I'll do it asap.. Hopefully tomorrow :)
THANK YOU GUYS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!
CHEERS!

If the question states this “Have you ever been refused a visa or permit,” then you should say YES
OK.. Thanks a lot :) and what about my 2nd question? Can I work after October, 27th (current study permit expires).. meanwhile I'm waiting for the government answer about my study permit. Because my second program starts on December 3rd and I wanna work full time till then :)

Did you read the guide here which seems to imply you need to have a study permit extension in process and if I read correctly there must not be more than 150 days between one course confirmation of completion and new course starting as I read it to work full time.. More than 150 days and you only work for 150 days from first course confirmation of completion then must change status say to visitor. That’s just my interpretation of guidelines below.
