I have received the mail from my local visa office to submit the documents for adding my spouse . But there is no change in my application which is created in CIC .

When are they going to update this in my application is it after I submit my spouse document .

how do you expect them to update your application before you submit spouse documents ? of course it'll be updated after. you answered your own question. SMH
