1) what happens if someone defers his admission from sep to next sep intake? my course has only sep intake...i have new acceptance letter of sep-2018 intake but my TRV (sticker on passport) which i got last year shows expiry date of visa on 30 july,2018...i am planning to go canada by 31 may,2018..what happens after landing at canada airport with such case?

will they issue me study permit on the basis of my current TRV which will expire on 30 july,2018? or will they issue me new study permit for sep-2018 intake after watching new acceptance letter?

The best thing is to research on how to extend your visa from India. CIC only has info about how you can extend it from Canada. Could not find anything for extending the study permit from India but I am sure there has to be something.

you can go in with your old visa,
they will issue your study permit based on your new acceptance letter (personal experience!)
you need to extend your visa or apply for a new one if you plan to leave Canada and come back after visa expiry date.

I got my visa for may intake for the lambton college....but i received it late...so I need to defer to September intake...but the college is not accepting to defer as the Sept intake seats are full...so what do I do now...?I have my visa approved....

His problem is little different. His visa was appoved last year. He again applied for study permit this year as he could not go. Now his old one is expiring and the latest one was rejected so now he is stuck.
