I got a new line appear in my ecas.I just got the file number and UCI yesterday and today I got this line added
We sent you correspondence on February 16, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I don't remember seeing that message. "May be" you are missing a document. They would send you an email about it. You may send the document by a case-specific inquiry (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp) or/and mail a physical copy.

If you don't get an email from them, call CIC at 1-888-242-2100 (only from within Canada) or send another case specific inquiry.

you say you just got a file number and UCI yesterday. Does that mean you got an AOR or SA letter very recently? if so, more than likely the "correspondence" they are referring to is the letter you just received. ECAS is delayed, so they will send you the correspondence then tell you on ECAS they sent it.

Thanx guys.i just check my cic account and ther new message about send imm5669 and pcc under section documents needed and the whole process again.i just read in one another thread that this line normally appears these days on ecas .rest hope for best

This is normal with the new forms. As soon as I linked my account in early/mid January they requested I upload a 5669 form (even though I included it in my application packet). I uploaded the document and now the MyCIC website says "Provided" and "Review in Progress" - the ECAS still shows the same message about the correspondence they sent.

Just a waiting game

This is normal with the new forms. As soon as I linked my account in early/mid January they requested I upload a 5669 form (even though I included it in my application packet). I uploaded the document and now the MyCIC website says "Provided" and "Review in Progress" - the ECAS still shows the same message about the correspondence they sent.
