My friend lost his carry on luggage at Delhi Airport. His Canadian open work permit was also in the bag. What should he do now. He has a colored copy of his work permit is it sufficient to re enter Canada. He has sent an email to airport lost and found department .

Yes, he still has passport. He has a colored copy of his work permit in his email that he can print but he has lost the original one.
