Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
HI

Am planning to apply for PR. Am done with my PG Diploma Course in addition to my Bachelors. I also have 3 years work experience in the same NOC. i have few questions on the process

1. While creating the express entry profile, i need to know what are all the documents that are required to justify my completion of PG Diploma. I have me graduation letter right now. Please help me on this.

2. I have a job offer now. I have been working for the past one week. I still have not applied for my PGWP as i dint receive my official transcripts yet. When i apply for PGWP i will be getting it for a year. What can be the process of extending the PGWP after a year. Should i need LMIA to extend? Is there anything that the employer can do? I need to know the complete process. ( This is my alternate option if i don't succeed in getting a PR)

3. Also In come to canada, when i select about job offer, should i say i have a job offer or should i say no? I don't have LMIA for this job. This is the biggest confusion i have right now.

Thanks in advance

1. The documents depends on your profile. For the full details you can refer to this page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp
For education, they ask for your diploma, ECA if foreign, and maybe transcripts.

2. Don't know much about PGWP, but don't believe they can be extended. Without a PR application, yes, you will need a LMIA to continue working. Though if you can get an AOR with a PR application, you can apply for a BOWP... PR is really the best way to go.

3. A "valid job offer" always imply a LMIA work permit. In the Come In Canada form, you will be asked several questions, one of them will ask you wether the job offer is covered by a LMIA. So don't worry too much it. There's also help info (?) for each question that clarifies what they mean... Don't be afraid to look at those.
