i applied for canadian immigration last year under fedreal skill catogeory.i received a letter from visa office that there are some discerpencries in my previous work experience and current work experence.I gave the satisfactory reply of that letter along with proofs three months back . since then i have not heard from visa office.

please let me know how much time they will take to reply and want are my chances

Hi

I have Total 4 year of exp out last 6 year but when I have 2 year GAp in between as , I went to UK on HSMP and did not get a regular Job for 2 years

But I came back to India and got a Job now , I want to apply for canada PR on 0213

Now the qus is , ll they count my past 6-2 = 4 year exp to award point

Or I have to work for continiously 4 year again to gain point for exp to apply for CANADA

You can apply rule says 1 year employment from last 10 year
No matter you show 4 year or 6 year you will be awarded max point that is 21 point for experience
