Your degree is Canadian, no need for ECA. Only foreign degrees need ECA. A master gives you 135 pts.
Could you elaborate and give us the details on what you declared for your foreign work experience ? (dates, NOC, hours/week)
As I mentioned your profile shows it does take into account, but only gives you about 1 or 2 years.
For example, if you have 2 years, 11 months, 18 days that will not count as 3 years, but as 2 years.
