hi all,
I have B of engineering and did ECA with canadian equivalent 4years
I have 1 year experience in one NOC
I'm single / 25 years old
IELTS 6.5 overall(R 7 L 6 W 6 S 6.5)

my question is when using come to Canada tool it tell me I'm ineligible.
I dont know why ?
is for this question any effect on application ""Which province or territory do you plan to live in?"" ?

please give me an advice

my IELTS (L6, R7,W6,S 6.5) academic,
I have one year full time under 4011 ,
and I have part time (1.5 year) under NOC 2241
I'm going to bring the min (12000 $can)

You must have General training IELTS results. Academic is not accepted under EE.

Yes, you should qualify in CEC
