I applied for AINP at the start of March and copule of days back I got the follwoing email from them:
We have received your application to the US Visa Strategic Recruitment Stream Category under the AINP; however, there is one document that we require in order to proceed.
ð A copy of any document(s) from your current U.S. employer demonstrating your current job title, the main duties of your job, and the education and work experience necessary to do the job. The document(s) must be one or more of the following: job offer letter(s), employment contract(s), reference letter(s), and/or requests/petitions to USCIS for your U.S. visa. The document(s) must be on company letterhead.
We do have your work reference letters; however, we need a document which lists your current job title and the main duties (job description). If you have the USCIS petition letter which your employer used to obtain your H1B, you can email us a scanned copy of that document.
I replied to them immediately that I have already sent them a reference letter from my current employer and that letter contains my job title and job description so should I still need to send them the petition letter but till now I haven't got any response from them. Do they reploy to emils or not? Do I reallyneed to send them the petition letter because I don't have that letter and I am not sure my employer have it or not. Please help.
