I have submitted my visa application on 31-7-13 at VFS,chandigarh. vfs's official asked me for my contact number and saved it wrong
I got to know this as vfs online tracking system shows update regarding my application but i did not received any kind of sms(every buddy else is receiving)
My question is what are the consequences of this mistake and how vfs will contact me now regarding any kind of info?
it will be better if any buddy can also tell me how to remove this error,thanks in advance

You can send them an email regarding your updated contact details...but make sure to advise your file number.
