I got refused by cic for the reason that i dont have lmia but the employer told me the same day that esdc told him i have a positive lmia.
What shall i do?

Your LMIA was approved too late and that's why your work permit has been refused. You'll need to stop working immediately and then submit a restoration application to restore your status back to a work permit. You should expect it will take 4-5 months for the restoration application to be processed.

To get a visitor visa from within Canada you would still need to apply to restore your status in Canada and would still need to wait 4-5 months for processing.
