Hi, Im hoping someone can provide alternative solutions as i am really confused...
I applied for my LMO about 2-3 months ago before my work permit is going to expire, (WP expiring next week T_T) and last month at the beginning of June, i received it back saying it was positive and that i would now need to apply for my WP extension before this LMO expires...
So i do my Extension of Work Permit and send it in, which was about a month ago. Today my employer recently just received a fax, which is dated the same day as when i first received my positive LMO saying that my LMO was rejected cause i am being underpaid.
So i really dont know what to do, should i call CIC to get my 150$ back? Or do i assume the positive one is okay? Because both the LMO's are dated the same, and im worried we ended up getting two different responses from two different people because my boss may have faxed the LMO more than once.
Thank you for taking the time to read this~
Oh im not sure if its relevant, but i've been in canada for a 3 years, and am currently on a post graduate work permit, so ive been working at my current position for the last year.
