Hello,

My title and duties meet NOC B type. I worked different hours every week from 20 to 40 hours. Totally, I have worked more than 1 year and 1560 hours.
1 Now can I apply under EE CEC?
2 How to mention the working hours in the reference letter from employer?

Thank you! Smiley Smiley

You need to calculate your full time and part time weeks separately.

For all of the weeks where you worked 30 hours or more - count them as 1 week.

For all of the weeks where you worked fewer than 30 hours, add up the total hours and divide by 30.

Add the two numbers together. If you have 52 or more - you can apply.

Thank you! In my case, how to mention the working hours in the reference letter/experience letter from my employer? Should my employer list every week working hours?

Yeah, this process is not so much fun for people working variable hours.

The letter from your employer can state that you worked different hours every week from 20 to 40 hours... The letter can say "on average.." and give the mean number of hours....

Then you could add an LOE with a table of hours worked and your calculations about how you meet the requirements, and supporting documentation (e.g. if your paystubs show hours).
